SKN Laos, in collaboration with the National Center for Laboratory and Epidemiology (NCLE), successfully organized the GeneXpert Super User Training on 19–20 March 2025.

The training was conducted by a Cepheid Application Specialist, who provided comprehensive theoretical and hands-on instruction on the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices for the GeneXpert system.

The program was attended by NCLE laboratory staff, along with participants from healthcare facilities and laboratories across Laos who were interested in strengthening their knowledge and technical competency in GeneXpert technology.

This training aimed to enhance participants' practical skills, improve diagnostic quality, and build a network of competent GeneXpert super users who can support the effective implementation and sustainable use of GeneXpert systems nationwide.
